1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AutoController, your organization agrees to these terms. Whoever accepts on behalf of an organization represents having authority to do so.
2. The service
AutoController is a financial management platform with AI-assisted analyses: closing and P&L, budgeting, indicators, meetings, action plans and executive reports, per the contracted plan.
3. Account and responsibilities
The organization is responsible for the accuracy of registered data, for managing its users' access and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, payment and AI credits
Prices, AI Credit quotas and upgrade/downgrade conditions are those published on the pricing page at the time of contracting. AI usage respects a spend cap with alerts before any extra charge.
5. AI-generated content
AI analyses are decision support, with numeric validation against your data — they do not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Decisions made from them belong to the organization.
6. Organization data
Imported data remains the property of your organization. You grant us a limited license to process it exclusively to operate the service. The integration agent is read-only: it does not change your ERP or DMS.
7. Intellectual property
AutoController's software, brand and content are owned by or licensed to us. These terms transfer no intellectual property to the organization, nor any of your data to us.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and communicate relevant maintenance; support and any service-level commitments follow the contracted plan.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the organization in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
10. Termination
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle; yearly plans, at the end of the term. After closure, we provide data export for a reasonable period before deletion.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the platform operator's domicile are elected to settle disputes.
